First Time Homebuyer Class

Join Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity and On Q Financial for a free workshop specifically for first-time homebuyers, sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

This class is key to preparing for homeownership, and is required for the Habitat for Humanity homeownership program, as well many down payment assistance programs. Certificates of completion will be distributed to those who attend the full session.

Pre-registration is required, and the workshop is open to the public.
