Civics 101

Join Pierce County Auditor Julie Anderson and Habitat Director of Operations Jason Gauthier for this special workshop, Civics 101.
Each of us has the power to shape change in our community, but gaining the knowledge to engage in the civics arena can be daunting and, sometimes, even discouraging. This workshop will empower you to be an active force engaged in changing your community. You will learn about election rules and how to access democracy through voter registration, petitions, and voting. We will also give you tips that can make civic engagement easier and more convenient.
