Pathways to Homeownership

Join Tacoma Habitat and Jay Staples of Fairway Mortgage and Washington State Housing Finance Commission for a free, 2-part workshop series centered around readiness for buying a home. The class will be held over Zoom from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM daily, starting Wednesday, July 20 and continuing Thursday, July 21. Attendance at both sessions is mandatory.
The series will cover the importance of a monthly spending plan, how to get out of debt, strategies to save for homeownership, and the Washington State First-Time Home Buyer’s Class which is required in order to access State-funded down payment assistance programs.
The Pathways to Homeownership series is open the public, whether you plan to buy through Habitat for Humanity or on the open market.
Pre-registration is required. Zoom link will be provided with workshop confirmation.
