First Time Homebuyer Workshop

Join Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity and Banner Bank for a free workshop specifically for first-time homebuyers, sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion, which is required to access down payment assistance programs through Washington State Housing Finance Commission, as well as the Habitat homeownership program*. 

Pre-registration is required, and the workshop is open to the public.

*Attending the class does not guarantee admission into Habitat’s homeownership program.
