Your journey to homeownership starts TODAY! Join our First Time Homebuyer Workshop series. Topics will include:

  • The complete journey of the homebuying process,
  • A guide to the current down payment assistance programs through Washington State Housing Finance Commission
  • A Habitat Homeowner Orientation

Attendees will earn both a Washington State Housing Finance Commission Certificate – good for 2 years- as well as a Habitat Homeowner Orientation certificate- good for 1 year, both are required for the Habitat Homeownership Program.

Location:  Tacoma Habitat Offices.

Doors will close 15 minutes after the beginning of the orientation.

Our homebuyer program is designed for households with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household. Further information about eligibility can be found here.

*All adult household members age 18+ are required to complete the orientation to be approved for the program.
