In-Person Homeowner Orientation

Your journey to homeownership starts TODAY! Register for the in-person Orientation.
Attendance at a Homeowner Orientation Session is the first step to becoming a Habitat homeowner.
Location: Tacoma Habitat Offices.
Doors will close 15 minutes after the begining of the orientation.
Our homebuyer program is designed for households with with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household. Further information about eligibility can be found here.
*all adult household members age 18+ are required to complete the orientation to be approved for the program.
