There are over 20 properties soon to be available, with locations in Spanaway, Lakewood and South Tacoma. Sale prices are under $300,000 for income-qualified buyers with fixed monthly mortgages of $1,600.

*Buyers must have a household income of at least $60,000 per year and not to exceed 80% Area Median Income; have a credit score of 620+, and willingness to attend homebuyer preparation classes.
