She works with small businesses to help them obtain MBE and WBE certification and assists with one-on-one mentorship and training to ensure success and business sustainability. \nDedicated to youth programs\, Rachael is involved with Tacoma Public Schools\, Next Move\, Graduate Tacoma\, Discover U\, Youth Build\, and the ACE mentorship programs.
