DESCRIPTION:Attendance at a Homeowner Orientation Session is the first step to becoming a Habitat homeowner. \nTo register for the September 12 session and get the Zoom link\, please click here. \nOur homebuyer program is designed for households with with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household. Further information about eligibility can be found here. If you aren’t eligible\, consider our housing counseling program (free!); our dually-certified counselors can help you reach your homeowner dreams—whether through Tacoma Habitat or on the open market.

Following a successful background check\, you will have access to VolunteerHub\, our scheduling software\, and you will be able to schedule yourself for volunteer shifts in either construction or one of our Habitat Stores. \nPlease note: \n\nHabitat is unable to sign off on court-ordered community service hours.\nAll volunteers must be 16 or older.\n\nTo register for orientation and get the Zoom link\, please click here.
