DESCRIPTION:Attendance at a Homeowner Orientation Session is the first step to becoming a Habitat homeowner. \nTo register for the September 12 session and get the Zoom link\, please click here. \nOur homebuyer program is designed for households with with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household. If you aren’t eligible\, consider our housing counseling program (free!); our dually-certified counselors can help you reach your homeowner dreams—whether through Tacoma Habitat or on the open market.
