Our female construction staff are glad to teach you everything you’ll need to accomplish the tasks at hand. \nWe are pleased announce additional Women Build opportunities beginning  March 7\, 2026. \nYou can join Meredith for New Construction (south Tacoma) or Pam for Home Renovation (Spanaway). \nIf you sign up and become unavailable\, please cancel your registration so someone may take your place. \nImportant: Women Build days are extremely popular\, and we often have a waitlist. Due to this\, we ask that if you are unable to attend your registered shift you please cancel in our system. You will also be asked to confirm your participation by email one week in advance .
