DESCRIPTION:Your journey to homeownership starts TODAY! Register for the in-person Orientation.\nAttendance at a Homeowner Orientation Session is the first step to becoming a Habitat homeowner. \nLocation:  Tacoma Habitat Offices. \nDoors will close 15 minutes after the beginning of the orientation. \nOur homebuyer program is designed for households with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household. Further information about eligibility can be found here. \n*All adult household members age 18+ are required to complete the orientation to be approved for the program. \n\nregister
