She began taking apart bathroom fixtures at age 8\, hanging drywall at age 13\, and working on her own cars at 16. \nFor seven years Sandi was a member of the team that created and led the City of Tacoma’s Neighborhood Makeover Week\, providing training to Tacoma citizens on home maintenance and holding an annual event to beautify Tacoma neighborhoods. She enjoys using her varied skill set to work on projects at her own home and sharing her knowledge with others.
