DESCRIPTION:Your journey to homeownership starts TODAY! Join our First Time Homebuyer Workshop series. Topics will include:\n\nThe complete journey of the homebuying process\, \nA guide to the current down payment assistance programs through Washington State Housing Finance Commission\nA Habitat Homeowner Orientation\n\nAttendees will earn both a Washington State Housing Finance Commission Certificate – good for 2 years- as well as a Habitat Homeowner Orientation certificate- good for 1 year\, both are required for the Habitat Homeownership Program. \nLocation:  Tacoma Habitat Offices. \nDoors will close 15 minutes after the beginning of the orientation. \nOur homebuyer program is designed for households with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household. Further information about eligibility can be found here. \n*All adult household members age 18+ are required to complete the orientation to be approved for the program. \nregister
