DESCRIPTION:As a social distancing measure\, this workshop will be held online via Zoom.\nAttendance at a Homeowner Information Session is the first step to becoming a Habitat homeowner. \nPre-registration is required and Zoom link will be provided upon RSVP. To register for this session\, please email us or call 253-627-5626 x120. \nOur homebuyer program is designed for households with with a maximum gross income* (before taxes) of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of individuals living in the household\, and a minimum income of $35\,000.
