At 1428 E 40th in east Tacoma.

In 2009, TPC Habitat for Humanity purchased a parcel on East 40th Street referred to as Swan Creek Lane. A vacant house on the property was torn down by volunteers from the 14th Engineer Batallion at JBLM, with clean-up of the site done by students from Bellarmine High School.

TPC Habitat for Humanity intends to build five single family homes on this property with construction beginning in 2012.
