Volunteer Recognition
Purpose
This award recognizes Habitat volunteers who display a spirit of hope, faith and charity among our families and Habitat community, and foster an environment of value, dignity and mutual respect.
Eligibility
Individuals who have volunteered in any of Habitat’s service areas.
Criteria
The following criteria will be taken into account in choosing the recipient of the Volunteer of the Month Award:
• In what ways has this person served Habitat families?
• To which area or project(s) has this person contributed services that exemplify their commitment?
• Duration of involvement with Habitat?
• What personal characteristics and traits do you admire most about this person?
• What other distinguishing characteristics make this person uniquely qualified to receive this award?
